But rewind a few years and none of this existed yet.

It started in a guest room, not a boardroom.

After a year apart during my husband’s military deployment, we were finally back together — starting fresh, living at my parents’ house, and dreaming of buying our first home.

That first house? We bought it with a strategy in mind: live in it for a year, then turn it into our first rental. We had zero experience, but we had a vision — freedom, family, and long-term wealth.

We moved out, rented it, and bought our next home — this time, maybe our forever one.
Then we dove headfirst into our first flip. Right in the middle of renovations, life surprised us again…

We found out we were pregnant.

None of this was perfectly timed. It was messy, risky, and full of late-night talks and early morning baby kicks.

But we kept moving — learning the game, and building momentum.

Because for us, this isn’t just about real estate.

It’s about owning our time.
Providing for our family.
Designing a life we don’t need a vacation from.

We believe in taking the leap before it all makes sense.
In showing our daughter what’s possible when you build with purpose.
In helping others see that you don’t need to be rich to start — you just need to start smart.

This is real estate with real heart.
