Co-Founder | Construction & Project LeadWith a background as a U.S. Marine Corps Combat Engineer, Christian brings hands-on leadership and tactical precision to every renovation and flip. His experience in engineering, global operations, and high-pressure environments translates seamlessly into managing complex real estate projects from demolition to final detail.
After the military, Christian sharpened his technical skill set in the cabinetry and manufacturing industry, working closely with business owners and mastering tools, materials, and workflow. He now acts as an on-site project lead and contractor for Riffle Investments, overseeing timelines, budgets, and quality control across all renovations.
Currently pursuing a degree in Cybersecurity, Christian blends old-school grit with forward-thinking problem-solving — ensuring every project is both solidly built and strategically executed.

Aja Riffle
Co-Founder | Finance & Operations LeadWith a background in financial analysis and project management for multi-million dollar initiatives, Aja brings the operational backbone to Riffle Investments. She oversees everything from budgeting and forecasting to investor communications and brand development. Her professional expertise ensures each project is not only profitable but strategically aligned with the long-term vision of the company.
Outside the numbers, she leads the company’s storytelling through social media and digital content — making real estate investing more transparent, relatable, and accessible to a new generation of builders and wealth creators.
